The Broadstripe "Freaked Out" campaign ran early spring of 2013. It was developed to specifically target and encourage customers to switch to Broadstripe by illustrating the consumer's annoyance with their competitors policies, pricing, and poor customer service in the Anne Arundel county, Maryland. The campaign included direct mail, shared mail, and online advertising concluding with success by directly impacting the customer switch over growth.
